Ms. Delyo is a Corporate Vice President leading Global Total Rewards at Charles River Laboratories (“CRL”). She is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of CRL’s executive and employee compensation, benefits, mobility, and recognition programs around the globe. She also works closely with CRL’s Board of Directors and provides guidance, recommendations and direction to CRL’s Compensation Committee with regard to CRL’s executive compensation. Ms. Lombardo is a seasoned professional with vast experience in global human resources, finance, accounting, and proxy disclosure requirements related to executive compensation. Prior to CRL, she held a variety of roles during her 20+ year career at IBM, most recently as Vice President, HR Leader of Global Business Services Growth Platforms, and other leadership roles in Compensation, Benefits, Mobility and Finance. Ms. Lombardo also serves on not-for-profit boards in a volunteer capacity and occasionally provides guidance on operational maters to small businesses. Ms. Lombardo received her MBA in Accounting from Pace University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fordham University.
